I thought about what that term means and I guess it’s something you find annoying, but not so much that you hate it/someone for it? That’s the definition I’m going to use for this anyway.
I guess perpetual lateness is a quality that annoys me most in people. If you have a valid excuse then that’s fine obviously, but people who are continually late for things really frustrate...
